Is there parking available for restaurant guests?Yes, we have parking at the front of the property as well as around the back.

Are dogs allowed?Yes, furry friends are welcome in all areas of our pub.

Do you have free WIFI?Yes, all of our pubs have free WIFI; you just have to sign in.

Is the pub accessible?Our pub is accessible, including an accessible disabled toilet. However, please note due to the nature of the historic property, not all spaces are accessible. We can accommodate you with an accessible table and the disabled toilet is fully accessible. We have two semi-accessible rooms; however, they are not fully accessible, and all showers have a lip on the entrance.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?Yes, all of our pubs have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options for all courses. What type of food do you serve?Our menus celebrate our access to artisan regional and local suppliers. Award winning cheeses, local vegetables and home-grown meats are on our doorstep – helping our Chefs stay true to our region. Our sample menus can be located here.

Can we eat outdoors?Yes, tables for outdoor dining are first come, first seated. If you reserve a table indoors and there is space in the garden when you arrive, we will happily seat you outdoors.

Do you have a restaurant on-site? What are the opening hours?There is a restaurant on-site which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our kitchen opening times can be located here.

Is parking available? Is it free or is there a charge?Yes, we have free parking available for guests at the front of the property as well as an additional lodge carpark around the back.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?Room service is available in our lodges from 10 am- 2 pm, please speak to a member of our team on the day to discuss when you would prefer your room to be serviced.

What amenities do you provide in the rooms? (e.g., Wi-Fi, toiletries, etc.)All our lodges have access to free wifi and complimentary Bramley Bathroom products to use throughout your stay.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?If you book directly with us breakfast is included. However, if you book with a 3rd party this may not be the case. Please check your confirmation email to avoid disappointment.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?We try our best to offer early check-in times but please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you plan to arrive before 3 pm. There will also be a potential additional cost, for more information please contact a member of our team. Late check-out options are also available at an additional cost, for more information please contact a member of our team.

What time is check-in and check-out?Guests are able to check into our lodges anytime from 3 pm onwards. Standard check-out time is anytime before 11 am.

Is there a shop nearby?Barrow Post Office is a 4 minute walk, or if you need a supermarket Waitrose & Partners, Bury St Edmunds is a 13 minute drive away.
